“Kat’s passion and enthusiasm are infectious. The dream work opened up a whole new world for me.”
Gunasiddhi, dream group participant

“Kat has a huge passion for all things to do with sleep and this love of her work really comes across. Along with her wealth of knowledge and experience, her enthusiasm is infectious. It gave me the confidence to try out the techniques she had taught me. After three sessions, I am feeling a positive shift in my ability to recall dreams, recognise patterns and dream signs. I would definitely recommend giving Kat’s work a try.”
