If you would benefit from a one-to-one chat or session on waking or sleep-related mindfulness, I offer these online over Skype, or in person outdoors (during covid times) My aim is to be as inclusive as possible so the hourly charge is on a pay-what-you-can-afford basis with a sliding scale of £20-£50 per hour.
