One-to-One

If you would benefit from a one-to-one chat or session on waking or sleep-related mindfulness, I offer these online or in person. My aim is to be as inclusive as possible so the hourly charge is on a pay-what-you-can-afford basis with a sliding scale of £10-£40 per hour, or per three emails worth of support.
